This website now includes decisions issued by the Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA), beginning with IBLA Volume 125. These decisions are in PDF format and are exactly as furnished to me by the Department of the Interior, except that I have added brief title pages, for the purpose of improving searchability of the decisions.

No case history is included on the title pages. However, case history is included in "Editor's Notes" which appear at the beginning of some of the IBLA decisions, as provided by Interior. It is unlikely that I will be able to update these notes. All IBLA decisions on this site are included in the IBLA Volume Index. In addition, IBLA decisions which affect Indian and Alaska Native interests are indexed alphabetically and and chronologically. Links to these three indexes are at the left.
